はじめまして。英語といっちゃ今の時代TOEICですが、私も外大生の端くれ当然興味あります。でも何から手をつけたら良いかがよく分かりません。効率的な勉強法、特にお勧めの参考書などがあったら教えていただけませんか。

以下の本で自分に合う勉強法を見つけることが出来ると思います。
私は以下の本を読んでから自分なりに勉強法を工夫し、初受験で８７５点
（§１＝４６０、§２＝４１５）取ることが出来ました。よく、「死ぬほど
勉強しないと８６０点は超えない。」ということを言う人がいますが、私は
そんなに勉強した覚えはありません。ようは時間の使い方と勉強法だと思います。

問題形式と時間配分に気をつければ難しくない。慣れです。英検１級取る方が難い。

は、完全な誤訳だ。
正しくは、

暗記したことを答案用紙に再現させる

です。
