あわわ、英吾じゃなくて｢英語｣でした。

昨日はやっぱり途中で寝てしまいました……。
ゆっくりと、自分のやれる範囲だけやることにします。

間違い直しは入学当初から今までずっと課題として出されていたので
もうなんの違和感もないんですが、今考えてみると変ですよね。
単語帳を買わせられるとそれに基づいた練習用冊子(教師の自作)を配布して課題にするし
赤点の生徒には追試じゃなくて追指導として数日間課題や勉強法等の指導があるし
要するに過保護すぎなんですね、うちの学校(汗)。

60を書いた者です。

昨日、学校を休んで、どうしたらいいのかわからなかったので
一度、一人で行ったことのない土地へ、息抜きに行ってきました。
ある山に行ったのですが、自然に囲まれてみて久しぶりに
気持ちが落ち着いた感じがしました。
でも、やっぱり家に帰ろうとすると憂鬱な気持ちになって、
家に着けばまた、泣いてしまいました。

今日も休みたかったのですがまわりの人は、そうはさしてくれず
遅れて行く事になりました。
少し落ち着いた今、ここに来てみたら書き込まれていたので
読みました。

そうですね、水の泡になってしまうのですね。
一生後悔・・・してしまうんですね？

ありがとうございました。なんだか、世の中悪い事ばかりじゃ
ないような気がしました。生きていれば、あなた達のような人にも
出会えるかもしれないですからね？
もう少し、頑張ってみようかな？

鬱病について…

鬱病に関して、ある調査によれば自分自身の体に異常を疑い、
受診している方の1割近くに、鬱病が見られると言う結果も出ています。
軽症の時には体の症状のほうが目立つ為に、
鬱病が見過ごされてしまうことがあります。
体の不調は心に影響を与えることがあり、
病気の治療を始めてから、気分的に落ち込むことが多くなったなど、
体の不調が原因により、鬱病を患ってしまう場合もあります。

こんな症状があった場合は、あなたは鬱病かも知れません。

（朝）
早く目が覚める。だるい、着替えるのがおっくうになる。
（昼）
やる気が出ずに続かない。直ぐに疲れる。
職場の同僚から飲みに誘われても行きたくない。
（夜）
テレビを観ても面白くない。食欲が出ない。
なかなか眠れない。眠りが浅く直ぐに目が覚める。

鬱病の原因について…

鬱病はストレスなどによって、脳内の「セロトニン」や「ノルアドレナリン」と言われる、
神経伝達物質の働きが鈍くなり、起こるものと言われています。
この「セロトニン」や「ノルアドレナリン」は、
脳の中で意欲や活力を伝達する働きをしている為に、
この働きが鈍くなると憂鬱感などを引き起こし、鬱病の症状が現れるようになります。
鬱病は不眠や食欲の低下など、体の症状と共に心にも症状が現れます。
「憂鬱感」と「興味・関心の低下」は、鬱病の2大精神症状と言われていて、
これまで好きだったものに対しての「興味・関心」が薄れ、意欲が低下してしまいます。
更に症状が進むと「自責感」や「無価値感」が現れ、自分自身を責めることが多くなります。
なかなか気付かない場合が多く、知らぬ間に症状を悪化させ自殺にまで至ることもあります。

鬱病の治療について…

鬱病は、主に休養と薬の服用により治療して行きますが、
先ず休養を取りながら疲れや悩みを解消し、体と心を十分に休めることが大事です。
それと同時に薬を服用し、脳内の神経伝達物質のバランスを整えます。
鬱病は治るまでに多少の時間は掛かるものの、
適切な治療を行えば必ず治る病気なので、何事も焦らずに治療を行うことが大切です。
本人は勿論、家族や同僚などの周りの人達も症状に気付かずに、
見過ごされてしまうことも多くありますし、ちょっとした体や気持ちの変化を見逃さずに、
何か可笑しいと思ったら、早めに専門医の受診など対応することが大切です。

鬱病は「心の病気」と呼ばれることもありますが、これは「脳の病気」です。
脳内の情報伝達を担う「セロトニン」や「ノルアドレナリン」など、
その物質の不足や停滞が原因で、脳に病気が起きているからです。
それを解消する為の服薬と休養が、この病気の治療の基本です。

薬で一般的なのは、神経細胞から放出された神経伝達物質が、
再び細胞に取り込まれるのを防ぐ「SSRI、SNRI」です。
以前からある三環系抗鬱薬に比べ、副作用が少ないとされていて、
三環系抗鬱薬を薬を飲み始めて、2週間程度で効果が出始めます。
個々の症状に応じ、抗不安薬や気分安定薬も使われますが、
患者の約3割は薬が十分に効かないものです。
効く人でも「鬱病は再発し易いので、9ヶ月～1年間」は必要です。

薬物療法でも改善しない患者には、
脳に電極をつけて電気刺激を与える「電気療法」も検討され、
否定的、悲観的になりがちな考え方（認知）や、
行動修正することで改善を図る「認知行動療法」も有効です。
最近では複数の患者が参加して行う、
「集団認知行動療法」が試みられるようになりました。
