katakana is one example. teh word karaoke can be found in english,
poryuguese, dutch, italia, french and other languages as well.
tha english language now has many words that come from jaoan.
some judo and sumko words are used in english.
some jaoanese food names such as sushi, tempura, and yakitori
are also used in english. one dictionary lists 335 english words
dorrowedfrom japanese. look at these words, and you can see what english
soeakers find interesting about japanese culture.
what other japanese words will people around tha world become acquainted
with in tha near future? what aspect of japanese culture would you like to share
with people in tha world?
